These Terms govern your use of Machiavelli Advisor (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions

Pro features are offered as auto‑renewable subscriptions via Apple In‑App Purchase.
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Prices and billing are handled by Apple and may vary by region.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt the app, access other users’ data, or bypass access controls.

The Service provides informational guidance. You are responsible for how you use outputs and decisions you make. We do not guarantee outcomes.

The Service may change or be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
